1、品牌宣传设计:负责设计制作宣传品,如宣传海报、PPT、文化墙等; 
2、供应商拓展维护:寻找与筛选市场品牌相关的供应商,进行合作洽谈并跟进合作执行情况,保证宣传品的质量;
3、品牌媒体运营:负责公司在网络平台(如社交媒体、网站)的内容策划与落地执行(如网站新闻撰写、公众号排版等),提高公司在网络平台的活跃度,提升公司品牌声量和美誉度;
4、市场调研与信息整合:进行市场调研和竞对分析;整理公司内部市场材料,协调各部门形成材料内容支持(如完成客户的调查问卷、撰写技术协议等);
5、市场营销活动执行:协助制定并执行线上线下市场营销活动计划,确保活动顺利开展与目标达成;负责活动前期筹备,包括场地预订、物料准备、宣传推广等,协调内外部资源以保障活动细节落实;
7、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。


Job Responsibilities:

 1、Brand promotion design: Responsible for designing and producing promotional materials, such as promotional posters, PPTs, cultural walls, etc.

2、Supplier development and maintenance: Seek and screen suppliers related to market brands, conduct cooperation negotiations, follow up on the implementation of cooperation, and ensure the quality of promotional materials.

3、Brand media operation: Responsible for the content planning and implementation of the company on online platforms (such as social media, websites) (such as writing website news, typesetting official accounts, etc.), so as to increase the activity of the company on online platforms and enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation.

4、Market research and information integration: Conduct market research and competitor analysis; sort out the company's internal marketing materials, and coordinate various departments to form material content support (such as completing customer questionnaires, writing technical agreements, etc.).

5、Marketing activity execution: Assist in formulating and implementing online and offline marketing activity plans to ensure the smooth development of activities and the achievement of goals; be responsible for pre-activity preparations, including venue booking, material preparation, publicity and promotion, etc., and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the implementation of activity details.

6、Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.


岗位描述:

1.市场拓展与维护:负责公司备件、维修、现场服务大修,整机市场产品线的销售。根据公司年度销售战略,制定符合需求的销售策略。负责所在区域关键客户与渠道关系的跟进与维护,和团队持续开发石油化工,空分、煤化工等行业压缩机新客户与建立设计院关系;

2.根据销售指标持续开发新目标群体;

3.保持对行业趋势和竞争对手的了解,并确保公司产品与竞争力;

4.收集和分析销售数据,以便了解市场需求和销售趋势;

5.参与讨论公司销售发展中长期规划,实现公司市场战略目标落地;

6.定期汇总项目的进行情况,参加公司要求的各项培训;

7.完成上级安排的其他事宜。


Job Description:

1.Market Expansion and Maintenance: Responsible for the sales of the company's product lines including spare parts, maintenance, on-site service overhauls, and complete machines. Formulate sales strategies that meet the requirements according to the company's annual sales strategy. Take charge of following up and maintaining relationships with key customers and channels in the assigned region. Continuously develop new customers for compressors in industries such as petrochemical, air separation, and coal chemical with the team, and establish relationships with design institutes.

2.Continuously develop new target groups according to sales targets.

3.Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors, and ensure the competitiveness of the company's products.

4.Collect and analyze sales data to understand market demand and sales trends.

5.Participate in discussions on the company's medium- and long-term sales development plans, and ensure the implementation of the company's market strategic objectives.

6.Regularly summarize the progress of projects and participate in various trainings required by the company.

7.Complete other matters assigned by superiors.
